My husband and I would just like to say thank you for the gift cards.  They are a great help with groceries and gas to get to my appointments.  You can never prepare for a life-changing event like cancer, but it’s greatly appreciated any help given especially when you are not able to work as much as before and when the bills start to come in from treatments.

Thank you again.

With so much appreciation, your fund is so wonderful to help cancer patients.  It has been a blessing for me with Social Security income being so hard to make ends meet.  I was able to get what I needed to help me with the bad side effects of the chemo I am currently on.  My feet were so bad with hand and foot syndrome I could barely walk and needed a better and half bigger size because of the swelling.  Just amazing.

Thank you so kindly.

Thank you so much for approving my application. Your grace and kindness touched my heart and filled me with gratitude.  We know that goodness promotes healing, and I believe I’m on my way back to health.  Take good care of yourself and thank you again.

Once again, I find myself grateful to be able to thank you for the Hannaford gift cards.  It is amazing to see that another year has gone by and to imagine how many other people you have helped through challenging times.  I wish you all good health, and the ability to keep those of us who appreciate your efforts, able to help others when possible.  Thanks again.

Sincerely.

Thank you once again for the hope you have given me with assistance for my car repairs. Once again, I am most grateful and be assured it lessens the emotional hurdles throughout this medical prognosis.

I remain sincerely.

As a recipient of the Emergency Cancer assistance, it has startled me as much as my discovered disease.  I relocated in 2022 after 23 years as a resident of Buffalo, NY, in the suburbs of Fredonia, NY, with the anticipation of becoming a nurturing great grandma for my 8, 4, and 1 year old great grandsons.  This disease has put the brakes on to all the anticipation and plans I thought I would pursue.  This episode has certainly changed how to handle my nurturing days ahead.  I was anticipating employment with the Kingston school district; however, that obviously will not be possible anytime soon.  Your financial fuel and food assistance help alleviate those struggles and is much appreciated. Thank you once again for your consideration, kindness and generous support.

With much gratitude.

When my world came crashing down last October, I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Would I even survive this?  Physically, mentally it was a hard cross to bear.  And the financial difficulties while going through such a serious diagnosis were hard.  I’m so grateful for the Benedictine Foundation’s help in the form of food and gas gift cards.  It took some of that burden away.  Thank you again for your kindness and support!

Warm Regards.

In today’s economy, the gift cards for Hannaford as well as the cards for gas will help me to make the best use of my budget.  Such a gift was never expected but received with much gratitude.  Thank you.

Mom had a big bowl of ice cream last night and it is the happiest I have seen her in a long time.  I have to thank you for that!  I cannot tell you how much it means to me to see her smile (a rare occasion these days.)  I am eternally grateful to you.
