Jane Ulrich, joined the Executive Team at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley in May, 2017. As Senior Director of Nursing, she has become an integral part of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, collaborating with Regional Nurse Executives and physician Leaders to advance the care provided in our community. She leads the implementation of the nursing strategic plan for the future transition of healthcare in Ulster County.

Mrs. Ulrich is responsible for the coordination of patient care, adherence to nursing practice standards and interdisciplinary processes that facilitates and expedites quality outcomes across the continuum.. Mrs. Ulrich has over 32 years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse working in an acute hospital setting. She was promoted to Director of Perioperative Services at HealthAlliance in 2000 after serving as Assistant Director since 1993. She was chosen as Employee of the year in 1998 and was nominated Nurse leader in 2002 and 2006.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College and attended Marist College to complete her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration.. Most recently she completed the Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement at Cornell University. She is a lifetime member of the Association of Perioperative Nurses and serves as the secretary on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Hudson Chapter.

Jane is a long standing resident of the Hudson valley and currently resides in Saugerties with her husband and new puppy. She enjoys hiking, biking and many outdoor activities.

Growing up in this community, Jane has a strong commitment to assuring that the best healthcare be provided to our families and friends.
