The Mission of the Benedictine Health Foundation is to raise and distribute resources to support quality and compassionate healthcare that improves the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of those who are vulnerable and underserved in Ulster County and the surrounding area.

The Benedictine Health Foundation funds healthcare programs and services founded on compassionate and spiritual care that provide financial and emotional support to those in need. Our cores areas of focus include:
Cancer Patient and Family Services: Support of cancer care services including direct financial assistance through the Rosemary D. Gruner Memorial Cancer Fund.
Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse: Support of programs offered to adolescents and adults through a three-pronged strategy approach of early intervention, treatment and enforcement.
Spiritual Care Programs: Emphasis on keeping the spirit of the Benedictine Sisters in our work and their legacy of compassionate care within our community.
